Business Background:

The VRS Healthy Homes Initiative helps people with issues like disability, addiction, isolation, mental health challenges, and old age. It offers support and extra services to improve their well-being.

Strategies We Used:

  • We have followed the funnel strategy From the top to the bottom level of the funnel.
  • We have launched three campaigns of Awareness, traffic, and conversion objectives.
  • We have launched traffic and awareness campaigns first with a broad Customer list audience to get landing page views and awareness in the area we are promoting
  • In the ads, we have triggered the customer’s problems and given a solution to the problem.
  • In the conversion campaign, we have targeted the same postal code and lookalike audience of the Customer list the client has provided with the problem-solving ads. 

Optimization Efforts:

  • When we started getting results on the ad group, we distributed the budget to the performing ad groups and paused the ad groups with higher CPAs.
  • We did A/B testing of Custom and lookalike audiences.
  • Did A/B testing of different ad text and images to maximise the results. 
  • Excluded placements which were only spending but not getting any result to reduce CPA.
  • Launched testimonial ads to gain the trust of the audience. 
  • Did budget allocation according to campaign performance

Results:

Awareness campaign: From the awareness campaign, we received a reach of 425,257 and 1,259,456 impressions. The cost per result was £3.09, and we spent £1,313.40 from February 2023 to April 7.

 

Traffic campaign: From the Traffic campaign, we obtained 29,718 clicks and 6,075 landing page views. The cost per result was £0.27, and we spent £2,384.23 from February 2023 to April 7.

 

Conversion Campaign: From the Conversion campaign, we generated 7,354 leads, 181,924 clicks, and 42,338 landing page views. The cost per result is £4.84, and we spent £35,622.40 from February 2023 to April 7.
