Scaling E-Commerce Sales for DY Pro Audio

Objective: Increase sales and improve ROAS on Facebook Ads

Challenges

 When the client approached me, their Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) was only 2.0, and they wanted to scale sales from Facebook Ads. The goal was to acquire new customers while optimizing ad performance.

Strategy & Execution

To achieve the client’s objectives, I implemented a structured Facebook Ads strategy following funnel strategy 

  • Campaign Types: Sales campaigns for direct conversions, catalog ads to highlight product variety, and traffic & awareness campaigns to expand the customer base while supporting sales.
  • Targeting Approach: Lookalike Audiences (LALs) based on Purchases, Add to Cart, and Landing Page Views, Custom Audiences for retargeting high-intent visitors, and broad targeting to discover new potential buyers.
  • Creative Testing: Video ads showcasing DJ & PA equipment, catalog ads for dynamic product promotion, and ad copy variations featuring key offers like free delivery and buy now, pay later options.

Results Achieved

  • ROAS improved from 2.0 to over 5.0
  • Significant increase in new customer acquisition
  • Total revenue generated: £55,222 and spent £10,490
  • CTR improved to 4.14%
